A "concept" needs to have a minimal chance of being manufactured and sold. Look at the "concept cars" -- many of them actually became production automobiles.
This video is just plain stupid. You cannot produce a phone this thin with current technology. Where would you put the battery? Similarly we don't have the technology for the "laser" keyboard (sigh) and the "holographic display".
Also, they forgot to show the bumper. Every iPhone user buys iPhones for their "slick design", just to tack a horrible and cheap bumper on the phone five minutes after they get out of the store...
