Check out Gumroad.com while you're at it. It's a very cool service that enables people to sell digital media. You set the price. The company's fee is $.25 per transaction plus 5%.

 So, for example, if someone pays me $1 for the book, I get $.70: $1.00 - $.25 - $.05. On a $3.00 book (which seems to be the magical price point), I get $3.00 - $.25 - $.15 or $2.60.

 That's the best deal I've found for an author.
